The church is situated east of Asketema town at a distance of 3 km. The church was established in the region of Atse Kaleb 6 th Century. This long aged church is covered with indigenous trees like olives and Juniper. There is also an opportunity to see different bird species. Surprise there is dried burned wood by the time Ahmed still standing there for evidence.
